|  | Gregory A.M. Brown, CEO Gregory A.M. Brown is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of manageStar. Greg is responsible for executive management duties including business development and investor relations. Greg has over 20 years of managerial, consulting, and start-up experience. manageStar is Greg's fourth startup the previous three remain profitable. Immediately prior to joining manageStar, Greg was the CEO / Co-Founder of Artech Design Group the 22nd fastest growing private business in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1999. Artech is a business and facilities management consulting company that routinely has $100 million in projects under its direction. Greg graduated from Arizona State University. David Young, Chief Technology Officer David Young is the Chief Technology Officer for manageStar. David is responsible for creating and managing the unique suite of technology tools used by manageStar's partners and customers. Prior to joining manageStar, David was Vice President, Managing Director of the Digital Media Group, a part of Moody's Investors Service, the world's leading bond-rating firm. There he led numerous technical teams responsible for the acquisition, enhancement, and re-sell of software properties in the print and electronic publishing industries, portable and wireless data products, broadband media, and embedded SQL systems with a total average valuation of US $30 million per annum. David holds a BA from Indiana University in Classics. John Donnelly, Vice President of Sales John is a seasoned software executive whose teams have generated over $80 million in sales. Prior to joining manageStar, John was Vice President Sales at Talking Blocks, Kana Communications, Connectify and NetGravity. John is a proven company builder, having helped take two venture funded software startups from very early stage to IPO. In each of these startups, John has been a key contributor to channel, marketing and overall company strategy. James J. Norwood, Chief Financial Officer James J. Norwood is a Co-Founder and the Chief Financial Officer of manageStar. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years experience in finance, accounting, and business management. He was Vice President and Co-Founder of Artech Design Group, Inc. Prior to joining Artech, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for a $20 million plus insurance underwriting, publishing and product wholesale company. Jim also gained project development and accounting experience while working for Peat Marwick and Doubletree Hotels in addition to starting and operating a voice/data systems integration firm. Jim graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in accounting and business administration. Brian A. Brown, Chief Strategy Officer Brian A. Brown is a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of manageStar. Brian is responsible for corporate strategy, business development and investor relations. He is a lawyer by training with over 16 years of experience in management, marketing and research. Prior to joining manageStar, Brian was a deputy editor with The Wall Street Journal and a vice president of operations for a Wall Street research firm. |  | | Warren Weiss Warren joined Foundation Capital with over 25 years experience in the software industry, including President & CEO of four public and private software companies. Most recently, he served as President & CEO for Asera, a real-time software solutions provider. Warren served as President & CEO at Prism Solutions during the company's transition from data warehousing tools provider to business intelligence application deliverer. He was also President of SQRIBE Technologies (now Brio Technologies) and President & CEO of SMI (Strategic Mapping Inc.) and has held other senior executive positions at Next Software, Continuum, and Dun & Bradstreet Software. Warren currently serves on the boards of Adexs, manageStar, MarkMonitor and BizGenics. Paul Holland Paul brings with him the veteran knowledge of working with and aiding technology start-ups in their earliest stages. His primary focus has been the development and acceleration of enterprise software companies. Prior to becoming a venture partner at Foundation Capital, Paul was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Kana Communications, joining them in 1997 as their 18th team member and increasing their sales over 5000% in just three years, helping to take the company public. Before Kana, Paul helped grow revenues for another highly successful start-up, Pure Software, bringing them from a market value of $2 million to over $1 billion in his five year tenure there as vice president and general manager. Paul has been guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business, Harvard Business School and the Stanford Graduate School of Engineering. He received an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley; an MA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia; and a BS from James Madison University. Mike Lee Mike Lee, Managing General Partner, Dominion Ventures. Mike co-founded Dominion Ventures in 1985. He oversees all the firm's investment and operational activities and serves as a primary liaison with investors. He previously served as the Director of Operations for the leasing subsidiary of Equitec Financial Group where he was responsible for managing their $100 million portfolio. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He has served on the board of several venture-backed companies and is currently a Director of BackSaver, Gateway Insurance, Insuretrade, Lendnetwork, manageStar, OpenClose.com, Paragon, and Perfect Practice.MD. University. Ravi Chiruvolu Ravi Chiruvolu, Managing Director, Charter Venture Capital. Ravi has extensive experience in driving new technologies and strategic growth. His investment focus is in enterprise software, software infrastructure, e-business technologies, and wireless technologies. Previously, Ravi has worked with McKinsey, Mitre Corp, Motorola, Ameritech, Peapod, and Alta Partners. He has a technical background with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT (Tau Beta Pi), and an MS from MIT in the areas of AI and Robotics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ravi is also a First Lieutenant (Ret) in the United States Army. In addition to Managestar, Ravi is on the board of companies including: Talaris, Ellie Mae, Winery Exchange, Verano, Cofix, and eIndia, and is responsible for Charter's investments in Encirq, Aceva, and Chingari. |  | | Larry Neilson As General Manager of Corporate Services, Mr. Neilson was responsible for Global real estate functions, Microsoft Employee Services, Microsoft Corporate Procurement Group, Microsoft Media Services encompassing the Worldwide Communications Hub, Visual Design, Event Production, Media Development / Lab and Post Production and Corporate Services IT Product Management directing new technology solutions for the Services Group. Microsoft Corporate Services works as a highly leveraged organization of 250 internal employees and several thousand dedicated vendor staff. Prior to taking over responsibility for Corporate Services, Mr. Neilson was General Manager of Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) at Microsoft. Microsoft's worldwide portfolio of real estate is currently at 12 million square feet, with greater than 1 million square feet under construction. Prior to MS, Larry was Vice President of Skinner Development Company in Kirkland, WA. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in accounting. He now resides in Mesa, Arizona. Henry Gaw Henry Gaw is a Senior Vice President at C.M. Capital Corporation, a private investment group with total assets under U.S. operations in excess of $1 billion. C.M. Capital focuses its investments in real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Henry's expertise is in real estate investment and development in the office and apartment sectors. He has served on numerous company boards from the C.M. Capital investment portfolio during his eleven years at the firm. Prior to C.M.
